Licensed dentists will be available to perform exams, cleaning, fluoride treatments, x-rays (if needed), and sealants when necessary. An oral health report will be sent home to the parent. If you would like your child to be seen, please fill out the consent form your child brings home and return it to the office or classroom teacher by Thursday, January 26th. Students who have had a cleaning within the last 6 months, would not be eligible. Please check with us for our walk-in schedule. Vaccines are available at no charge for children (18 and younger) who have Medicaid, are uninsured, underinsured, are an American Indian or an Alaskan Native, or have exceeded their annual cap for preventive care. There is no charge for the vaccine but an administration fee of $12 per shot is assessed. Children who don't meet any of the above criteria may still receive their shots at the health department, but will receive purchased vaccine and those vaccines may be costly.
